Emanuel is a determined management multi-talent with more than 12 years of leadership experience in international hospitality operations and a creative mindset. He has been contributing to high-end operations of luxury lifestyle brands, striving to surpass expectations in quality, innovation and value by enabling teams and individuals to fulfill their highest potential towards the ultimate guest experience.
After studying hotel management at the renowned hotel school in Bad Gleichenberg, Austria, his career path brought him to some of the most exclusive hospitality environments. Starting on board the unique residential mega-yacht The World, he continued as consultant and project manager with LVMH’s luxury resort Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives, as hotel manager to the five-star river cruise ships of the US firm AmaWaterways, before managing and consulting hotels in the famous Arlberg ski resort in Austria, in South Europe, and in the Maldives. He currently is part of the Advisory Board of Earth 300.
Emanuel was working with and leading multi-cultural teams from three to 300 people,
developed training and internship programs, and successfully managed a broad palette of projects.
Dale is a graduate of TWR Hotel School in Johannesburg, South Africa and earned a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Beginning with a three year formal internship at one of South Africa’s most acclaimed five-star hotels, Dale has over 20 years of professional hospitality experience in luxury properties and ships.
Rising through a series of progressively responsible positions in hotels and on board some of the most renowned ships, Dale has perfected his skills as a silver service waiter, restaurant manager, chief concierge, front office manager, lodge manager and ultimately general manager of a luxury boutique hotel.
He has extensive experience in the development and execution of marketing and reputation management campaigns. As Director of Operations, he led the opening task force for Iconic Santorini, recognised as Greece’s Leading Boutique Hotel.
Dale laid the foundation to our marketing management solutions which he had successfully implemented and still manages for the Iconic Santorini hotel.
Alicia has studied hotel business at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, and brings more than 20 years of working experience in international luxury hospitality and real estate companies to the RVS consulting team.
Alicia gained her experience around the world, from Monaco and the Maldives to French Polynesia and the UK, holding various operational positions in several luxury resorts and boutique hotels, and opened as general manager the first Design Hotel in Madrid. Later she joined Ambassador, the most upscale real estate company in Madrid, and successfully supported the opening of the Rosewood Villa Magna, as well as the Christine Bedfor Hotel in Menorca.
Specialized in sustainability and innovation in hospitality and residential spaces, her roles included business development, operations, and general management, with a particular focus on pre-openings, interior design and procurement, customer experience and building and coaching successful teams.
More recently Alicia dedicated her expertise to develop new hospitality concepts with a focus on circular economy and joined RVS Hospitality as a consultant and local representative for Spain in March 2022.
Cris, originally from Mexico, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, an MBA in International Hotel Management by Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland, a Project Management Certification by eCornell and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
With an international working and consulting experience in North and Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, and for luxury hotel brands like Mandarin Oriental, Anantara, Grosvenor House Dubai, or Melia. During her career, Cris has specialized in operational excellence, training and talent development.
Given her vast knowledge and global background, Cris provides advice for our clients' organizations to effectively implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimize processes, analyze hotel productivity, and to improve the overall Guest Experience. In addition, she provides purposeful training concepts to nurture teams and individual talents.
Since early 2022, Cris is part of the RVS Hospitality team and recently became the RVS Ambassador for Central America. Cris also supports RVS Hospitality’s projects internally with defining project parameters and KPIs for measurable results.
Kostas is an analytical and multifaceted hospitality management executive with expertise in financial management, hotel development, sustainable management, and day-to-day operations management within the hotel industry.
In his 25-year hospitality career, Kostas has been handling all aspects of individual hotel operations and corporate needs to ensure financial viability and drive corporate goals and objectives.
With vast expertise in analyzing, financial reporting, and accounting, as well as streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions, he has built strong relationships with owners, staff, guests, vendors, tour operators, authorities, and company stakeholders.
Kostas is a member of several high-ranking associations, including the American Finance Association, USA, the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP), The International Ecotourism Society (TIES), the Energy Managers Association (EMA), the UK Hotel Marketing Association, and the Management Chamber ofGreece .
Marie-Claude Metrot is a true Ambassadeur of the French culture and refinement. After having graduated from the Hotel school in Besançon, France, she developed her career in housekeeping for 20 years. Miss Metrot contributed in providing an exceptional level of service at various emblematic properties such as Le Meurice, Sofitel Hotels in Africa, Lucien Barrière in Deauville, or the famous Ritz Paris where, as a Quality Director, she created and implemented all the standards that allowed the famous palace to outdo its competitors.
The Royal Mansour in Marrakech, Louis XIII in Macau, The Mansion at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Guerlain, as well as private households and iconic figures such as Karl Lagerfeld have counted among her clients. In 2008, Miss Metrot joined the Starkey International Institute in Denver, Colorado (USA), to design a new vision of the “art de recevoir” and has since then played a crucial role in defining the unique Cheval Blanc service philosophy.
She strongly believes that protocol, etiquette and executive business manners are essential tools for Hospitality Ambassadeurs and delivers state-of-the-art training for housekeeping and butler teams.
During his remarkable career Helmut covered various front office and concierge positions not only in Vienna but around the globe, on land and the seven seas. As his career advanced his working environments became more and more exclusive and eventually led him to establish his very own luxury concierge service, Concierge Experts. After successfully managing his company for ten years and providing first-class service to high-profile guests, Helmut handed over Concierge Experts to his successors in 2013.
He has been consulting cruise ship crews, hotel operation and front office talents and also has been working closely with the tourism school in Bad Gleichenberg, Austria.
In addition, Helmut also was a driving force with Les Clefs d’Or Austria as a board member for more than 25 years and training students for this unique job role. Although officially retired, he still takes on Concierge and Front Office coaching projects that he finds exciting and that help developing young talents.
Besides her professional hotel education in Mexico, Marilu Olvera also holds certificates for Hospitality Management and Strategic Change Management from Cornell University. During her impressive international career, starting in Front Office and Housekeeping, she has been working in Mexico, the Caribbean and the Maldives, experiencing the upscale hospitality world of brands like Banyan Tree and Cheval Blanc by LVMH.
Lately Marilu has been in charge of the overall Rooms Division operations and has been overseeing several hotel openings in the UAE for companies such as Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and the Meraas Holding, and working with Six Senses in Oman. Recently Marilu was based in Costa Rica for the opening of Auberge Resorts Collection's luxury resort.
Marilu managed teams of all sizes and with various cultural backgrounds and successfully led them to new levels of service quality through specific training programs and her great knowledge especially in housekeeping.
Catherine Klaffer has more than 20 years' experience in the health and fitness industry and reputation as a highly sought-after wellness consultant, fitness trainer and educator, inspiring many people and companies across the globe to create strong visions and achieve them. As a consultancy professional, she maintains companies every step of the way, providing support in both pre-opening planning and ongoing concept development. Her genuine interest in helping people succeed makes her the perfect addition to any higher functioning hospitality or health establishment.
With international experience on four continents and the seven seas, she works with a wide demography. Her work has included The World - Residences at Sea, and LVMH's Cheval Blanc in the Maldives and their porjects in the Middle East where her vision created successful wellness programming and layout engineering for new health club spaces. She excels in pre-opening floor planning and interior design, ensuring the unique DNA of each property shines and any hard product is the best of the best.
Previously operating as a contractor to Sydney’s most reputable, cutting edge and established Health and Fitness Centres and Corporate groups (Qantas, BUPA, Fairfax Media), Catherine offers departmental management experience, creating a unique team building rapport amongst staff.
Catherine’s work also includes professional skills in Psychotherapy and Life Coaching, in addition to being a fully certified Pilates Academy International (PAI) Certifying Instructor.
As global hospitality leader, instrumental in building high-end portfolios of luxurious lifestyle brands, striving to surpass expectations in quality, innovation and value, and protecting the stakeholders’ investments, Renato has a remarkable hospitality record. He started his international career on the seven seas circumnavigating the globe on the world-famous Queen Elizabeth II, and later with prestigious companies such as Celebrity, Seabourn and Crystal Cruises.
In his capacity as General Manager he was leading top-class hostpitality products such as the private residential ship The World or Maldivian resorts like Cheval Blanc Randheli beyond award-winning spheres.
Broadly trained in hotel schools in Austria, as well as at the Hotel School of Cornell University, and with over 15 years of executive operations expertise, Renato recently also held the position of Vice President Operations with LVMH‘s own hotel brand Cheval Blanc, and continues to provide consulting for new and existing luxury brands.
Currently Renato supports the development of the ultra-luxury mega-yacht NJORD by Ocean Residences Development as Senior Vice President for Lifestyle and Resident Relations.
Aaron M. Olivera is an ultra-luxury hospitality and yacht finance entrepreneur with an avid interest in sustainability, technology, and futurology. Aaron is a member of the invite-only Monaco Private Label, presided over by Prince Albert II Monaco, and is also a keen environmental enthusiast. He is a member of The Explorers Club (NYC) and has some striking ideas when it comes to blending luxury with the natural environment.
Aaron was instrumental in the launching of the world’s first Porsche Design Megayacht Catamaran – the famed 41 metre RFF-135, helping secure the financing needed to finish and launch it with a hospitality package that forms part of a timesharing program aimed at reducing the ecological footprint of the UHNW community.
In 2015 Aaron founded Earth 300, a global sustainability interdisciplinary initiative incorporating a next-generation mega-yacht for innovation, exploration and research. Aaron believes that with a truly global collaborative approach and access to exponential accelerating technologies we have the power to address today's greatest challenges.
Martin holds a master’s degree in architecture from Graz University of Technology (TU) and in Fine-arts Photography from Ortweinschule Graz. He is lecturer and research associate at the Institute of Urbanism at TU Graz where he gained profound expertise in the development and quality assessment of sustainable urban quarters with a focus on the prosperous relation between buildings and their urban environment.
Besides design skills his experience comprises project management, stakeholder involvement, and collaboration with diverse partners in in small and large scale projects in local, national and international context and at different development stages.
Same as he shares his architectural design knowledge with his students on different levels of abstraction, from inspiring first concepts to elaborate spatial, functional, and organisational solutions, he contributes it to RVS exclusive hospitality projects.
